First, the Lord has drawn our attention as a church to the sad reality that most of our core ministry target, the young people live in contexts where little or no attention is given to their spiritual nurture, not to mention the failure to intentionally prepare them as key actors in fulfilling the Great Commission. Second, young people being the largest demography in Africa (more than 60%) and globally (25% which accounts for 1.7 billion of the world’s population), they have the strategic potential to champion global evangelization and kingdom impact in every sector of society if they are well discipled and mobilized for missional living. Third, we believe that the Church in Africa and the global church at large would have no future if the younger generations are not evangelized and adequately discipled for Christ. Lastly, we have no doubt that the world would be evangelized at a faster pace in preparation for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ if this largest demography is won, adequately discipled and mobilized as kingdom laborers for global missions.
